Hitachi Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating service projects related to transformers and high voltage systems, ensuring efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.
**How you’ll make an impact**:
- You will coordinate and manage service projects from initiation to completion. develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- You will monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and field service teams and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- You will prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and records, identify and mitigate project risks and issues, provide technical support and guidance to field service teams.
- You will conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

**Your background**:
- You hold full time degree certificate.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of transformers and high voltage systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
