**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure timely processing of payments, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist in managing cash flow, monitoring expenditures, and optimizing financial resources.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Auto Count, QuickBooks) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning and development.
