**Role & Responsibilities**:
The Head of Human Resources Value Chain and Strategy is responsible for the creation and deployment of Human Resources (HR) work globally in support of the sector and function goals. They will actively support their business partners and drive important people and talent actions for their respective businesses.
The Head of HR Value Chain and Strategy will report directly to the Global Head of HR Supply Chain and Corporate Functions. They will be a key advisor and liaison between Supply Chain and HR, working to create and implement best innovation practices globally, while staying aligned with the strategies of the business, HR, and shared services This leader will ensure the integration of HR priorities into business plans. They will also evaluate financial or other drivers across groups and inform HR solutions of effectiveness and gaps. The Head of HR Value Chain and Strategy will lead strategic HR work for Supply Chain globally in support of business, enterprise, and HR goals and strategies. They will develop trusted partnerships and coaching relationships with leaders that enhance their impact.
The Head of HR Value Chain and Strategy will identify the talent needs of the Supply Chain business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis. They will then develop and deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning to build on global strategies. The Head will partner with global, regional, and country/cluster HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate.

This position will require 20-25% travel.
**Qualifications** Required**:
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience, including managing, coaching, and leading talent
- Minimum of 5 years progressive HR or HR-related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial and Labor Relations, Social Science, or a related field
- Expertise in Talent Management
**Preferred**:
- Experience in a Consumer Health / Healthcare industry
- Experience in people management
- Knowledge of the Supply Chain business in a regulated market
