Our Client is Japanese Listed consulting firm. This role of an Assistant Manager - Accounts/GA (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for all operations related to Regional Accounting and Admin. You will be in charge of governance-related operations for subsidiaries( East Asia, Southeast Asia, and South Asia ) and support for their operations. You will be reporting to Department's Head
【 What you will be doing 】
Accounting
- Prepares invoices for regional offices and handles current exchanges when handling invoices.
- Checks monthly & yearly accounting closing for regional offices
- Act as a point of contact to external professional services vendors in accounting and legal areas.
- Prepares and arranges necessary documents for internal auditing.
- Communicate with accounting firms and auditing firms
- Support for audit, taxation and other operations of subsidiaries
- Makes regional financial reports and submits them to overseas HQ where necessary.

General Affairs
- Manages subsidiary offices in Southeast Asian 8 countries.
- Prepares monthly reports and submit them to overseas HQ in Japanese (written and oral)
- Administrative support for RHQ's board of directors and other related meetings
- Reports duties to Singapore and the Regional managing director
- Responsible for strategic decisions on the Company’s corporate insurance
- Manages employee labour matters on a regional basis
- Coordinates with international departments in overseas HQ.
- Coordinates accounting and finance, human resources, and general affairs with respective regional offices.
- Manages internal company governance matters.
- **Requirement**:

- Degree and above in any business-related field
- 5-8years experience as a back-office coordinator specialist, accounting knowledge (monthly, yearly closing) with regional exposure
- Experience in preparing financial reports on a regional scale.
- Hands-on experience in finance, human resources, general affairs, and corporate governance.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (JLPT N1) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to create documents in Japanese and liaising with internal and external counterparts.
