**ASST. CAFE MANAGER / SNR. BARISTA**
- At least 5 yrs exp. as a barista
- At least 2yrs exp in F&B management role
**Jobscope**:
- Following the recipes and coffee/chai/beverage preparation SOPs STRICTLY to ensure consistency
- Preparing homemade specialty chai, and specialty coffee
- Preparing simple sandwiches and pastries
- Working the espresso machine at Good Chai People
- Maintaining and taking care of the espresso machine
- Providing good customer service with sufficient product knowledge to handle queries
- Stocktaking and inventory
- Serving of menu items and clearing of tables
- Ensuring a high level of hygiene in food and beverage handling
- Sweeping and mopping, disposal of garbage, washing of toilet
- Ensuring that Good Chai People is safe and clean in accordance to the guidelines set out by Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
**Requirements**:
- Able to implement policies and instructions set out by the Company
- High level of responsibility
- Takes initiative
- Neat and presentable
- Friendly and outgoing
- Familiar with IT softwares (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Speaks fluent English and Mandarin
- Able to type/write proficiently in English
- Able to do latte art
- Able to follow SOPs and recipes in making menu items
