**STREAM GLOBAL GRADUATE PROGRAMME**

**BASIS FOR PARTICIPATION**

Stream is our Global Graduate Programme, a two-year development journey designed to pump up your fulfilment, talent and values, providing a well-defined course for rapid career growth and transformation. In other words, a chance to pump up your future

It’s an opportunity to make rapid progress in a company committed to making a positive impact on climate change and improving quality of life for people on a global scale.

**What is the programme about?**

Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the programme consists of three eight-month rotations within 5 defined tracks.
- **Operations**: In this track we combine Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
- **Technology & Innovation**: In this track we combine Technology, Innovation, Product Development, IT/IS.
- **HR**:In this track you specialize within HR both strategically and practically.
- **Finance**:In this track you get to expand your financial expertise.
- **Commercial**:In this track we combine Sales, Sales & Solutions, Marketing and Communication.

Throughout the programme, you will be both supported and challenged so you can grow the skillset and mindset to achieve your career and development goals. Together we will work out the best possible position based on your interests and performance and the company’s talent needs. You will take increasing ownership of your own growth and development, supported by your cohort, people leaders and a broader network of caring and smart colleagues.

Continuous development opportunities will empower you to pump up your talent. We will also ensure that you are part of a local and global community, coming together as a group at least three times over the course of the programme.

**What are the requirements for applying?**
- A Master's degree.
- 0-3 years of experience after graduation;
- The ability to create a strong impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong analytical competency with digital and customer-centric mindset and flair for technology and digitalization;
- Effective communication skills and excellent English.
