- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics
- Location: Singapore
- Responsible for the control and coordination of last mile deliveries and first mile pickups to ensure that all RedMart delivery orders are performed on time and according to schedule.
- Day to Day routing operations.
- Creating of routes based on number of available last mile drivers at day, zone and wave level.
- Assigns drops to routes based on time, weight, volume, clustering, unfairness, and other priorities.
- Assigns routes to drivers based on instructions from the Transport Planning team.
- Creates first mile routes based on seller pickups.
- Updates the number of available drivers for each wave and zone based on instructions from the Transport Planning team.
- Coordinates with Ground Operations team to make ad-hoc changes to routes based on ground situation and developments.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimally a certificating in ITE.
- Good communication esp in spoke English.
- A good understanding of land transport operations, including traffic.
- Relevant experience in routing.
- Team player who is able to commit to shift work including night shifts, where necessary.
