We are seeking a proactive and motivated Transport Fleet & Asset Analyst to support the Transport Performance team at RedMart Lazada Singapore. The individual is responsible for the RedMart fleet of vehicles, Mechanized Material Handling Equipment, fuel consumption and other ancillary items such as devices and uniforms distributed across our Fulfilment and Distribution Centres and our island wide Delivery Network.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance and servicing of Fleet
- Track Leased Fleet assignments on a Daily Basis including Vehicle Checklists, Contractor Assignments, Replacement Vehicles, Fuel Consumption and Location
- Manage Notice of Offences from respective Government Agencies, ensuring prompt resolution for respective end users
- Conduct investigations and provide corrective and preventive measures to resolve all Fleet Incidents and Accidents
- Prompt and Detailed Incident/Accident Reporting for dissemination to all Stakeholders
- Ensure compliance to all Legal, Safety and Security Standards across the Fleet
- Manage procurement, distribution, installation, usage and replacement of ancillary items such as cameras, scanners and uniforms
- Develop and maintain external vendor and service provider relationships
- Improve the efficiency of RedMart operations by calibrating fleet utilisation
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Transport Performance Manager

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar industry
- Experience with internal and external stakeholder management
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to meet deadlines via prioritisation and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Class 3 license required
- Class 4 an advantage
- Certificate of Merit an advantage
