Job Title: Fleet Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with front desk staff to schedule regular servicing appointments for taxi fleets.
  • Collaborate with drivers, workshop teams, and service advisors to arrange appointments efficiently.
  • Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and send timely reminders to ensure compliance with servicing intervals and regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and service history using internal systems or Excel.
  • Track upcoming due dates for vehicle servicing, road tax, and inspections, and proactively arrange bookings.
  • Manage appointment calendars and optimize workshop capacity planning.
  • Follow up on no-shows or missed appointments and reschedule as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on appointment schedules.
  • Assist in generating service performance and fleet maintenance reports when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive workshop coordination, fleet management, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and scheduling systems is required.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
