**Responsibilities**:
Monitoring Day-to-Day Last Mile operations
- Monitor Delivery representative (DR) Attendance of 3PL partners in their respective

Operational zones
- Working with 3PLs to ensure sufficient daily fleet driver strength
- Supervise and direct activities for Last Mile delivery operations
- Ensuring all routes are attended to by their respective DRs on time
- Liaise with the In-house Driver fleet and Routing team for Ad-hoc exigencies
- Oversee Day-to-Day operations done by the 3PLs and measure their overall performance

and growth with the main operational Key Performance Indicators:
- Delivery on time (DOT)
- Failed Deliveries (FD)
- Short Ships (SS)
- Late Deliveries / Early Deliveries
- Customer Satisfaction
- Analyse key operations indicators/metrics and highlight anomalies and/or trends that can be

used for continuous improvement
Cross functional collaboration with Teams
- To work with cross functional teams to meet set Targets for Last Mile 3PLs
- Work with Training team to create onboarding program and materials for 3PLs to

adhere to for new Delivery representatives (DR)
- Work closely with Quality Assurance Team to ensure 3PLs are maintaining quality of

RedMart’s products / Shipments during delivery
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team for any major escalations

pertaining to Last Mile 3PL DRs
- Able to optimize or introduce work processes to enhance Last Mile performance and quality

for 3PLs using Technology / Business Intelligence (BI)
Relationship Management with 3PLs
- Build a working relationship and rapport with Last Mile 3PLs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in last mile performance
- Review delivery contractor performance and identify areas for where efficiencies can be gained

in last mile delivery
- Ensure delivery contractor buy in for the rolling out of new operational requirements and

initiatives
- Respond to 3PL queries, validations and issues related to routes and performance

Capacity Planning
- Liaise with Capacity team to provide zonal capacity requirements using 3PLs and their

manpower
- Responding to escalations from commercial or other operations teams for last mile fleet support
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve and tune calibrate the capacity planning

determinants
Process Optimization and Transformation
- Review and interpret operational data to identify operational issues/gaps and provide solutions

to optimize service levels
- Generate and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher
- Have at least 3-5 years’ experience in Transport or Logistics with a focus on Last Mile

Operations
- A good understanding of fulfilment centre and transport operations
- Possess an analytical mind to view trends
- Proficient in MS Office (Pivot Table / V-lookup etc.)
- Ability to draft Report / Memos
- Ability to lead a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to oversee Last Mile daily Operation
