Our client is a well-established multinational contractor with a rich history specializing in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with various government/utility agencies for initial site clearance.
- Coordinate design and construction matters (Civil, Architectural and M&E) with consultants and specialist subcontractors, and submissions to obtain approval of design submissions.
- Review design submissions to ensure they comply with design codes and contractual requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities.
- Chair meetings and lead coordination with SWC contractors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognised Engineering Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works in MRT projects.
- Experienced in managing interfaces for design coordination and construction of MRT/tunnelling projects and have full understanding of the design and approval process as well as TFP/TOP process.

**OTHER INFORMATION**:

- Location: East
- Working days: Depending on project
- Salary: Open for negotiation
