Senior Product Designer

We are looking for an experienced** Senior Product Designer **in our Technology Enablement Team at Flo. Bring your ideas—the wilder and the crazier, the better — and establish Flo as the go-to renewable electricity retailer in Singapore and Australia.

**What you will be doing**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Business to facilitate the design discovery process and workshops, fostering alignment among teams on a shared design for the scope for our products (either internal products or external)
- From ideation to implementation, engage and actively drive design processes, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping, to craft high-quality user interfaces hands-on for both internal and external products.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively to convey the design decisions for the products we build.-
- 5+ years of experience as a product or UI/UX designer.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates a good understanding of visual design principles, user experience (UX) and proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools, as well as experience in usability testing.
- Balanced ability to engage in high-level strategic thinking and hands-on design work.
- Creative problem-solving and independently lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders to address complex design problems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite, or related prototyping software.
- Proactively iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product design requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey design concepts, strategies, and outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
