XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated individual as an

Associate Director, Partnerships and Students Recruitment [ADPSR].

The Associate Director, Partnerships and Student Recruitment (ADPSR) is responsible for building and leading our partnerships’ function to drive student recruitment through strategic collaborations. The ADPSR function works with school leaders, marketing, admissions, and student recruitment agents to develop and implement business strategies to attract prospective families to choose XCL World Academy (XWA) as their international school choice in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities

Lead Agent Development and Engagement Strategies
- Analyse market, agent performance, and school objectives to strategies development of new and existing agents to meet enrolment objectives of XWA, in collaboration with XWA admissions team and XCL Group staff.
- Implement strategies through collaborations with agents on training, marketing, and customer service initiatives

Lead Business Development Strategies
- Identify and secure new commercial partnerships opportunities locally and internationally.
- Joint Marketing and Events with Agents and Partners
- Plan and implement joint marketing and events with agents and partners to meet student recruitment objectives.

Partners Student Recruitment
- Lead Partners Student Recruitment team to nurture leads from/with agents.
- Work with Marketing, Admissions and Academics to create and deliver exceptional marketing and admissions experience.

Agent Administrative Management
- Provide exceptional support to agents to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness and rapport for XWA
- Ensure quality and standards are met

Person Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Preferably 10 years of sales, customer and marketing leadership experience.
- Excellent command of English language and working level of Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with non-English speaking parents.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional data analytic, people and project management skills.
- Meticulous, resourceful and with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working in a school environment is an added advantage.
