As the Associate Director of Enterprise Partnerships, you must be able to complete the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for K-12 school groups as well as leading strategic initiatives to generate revenue and support the company's growth. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, operations, and sales support programs to maximise sales and profitability. You'll be solving business problems, collaborating across teams (product, customer success, marketing), and you are passionate about having a huge impact on growing teams.

You will take Cialfo to new places with significant impact. You will challenge conventional BD techniques, forging new approaches for implementation and adoption at scale. You will contribute to continuous improvement in how Cialfo operates, grows, and delivers excellence to all its stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand the customer's goals and challenges before offering solutions.
- Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and a thorough understanding of the customer's business, organisation, strategy, and financial position.
- Drive strategic and tactical planning for enterprise deals, specifically large K12 school groups and networks.
- Create opportunities through school groups, associations, educational non-for-profits, organisations and governmental entities.
- Drive and project manage complex deals across regions with multiple stakeholders involved, including senior leadership, head of IT, finance directors of education institutions, etc.
- Coordinate and attend conferences and events to represent Cialfo.
- Cultivate and establish networks and relationships with companies, corporate partners, and other relevant institutions.
- Contributing to creating a cohesive regional/global team where team collaboration and personal accountability are equally important.
- Critical thinking abilities to draw sound conclusions from information and various data sources while taking a long-term perspective.

**Requirements**:

- A hunter mentality.
- 10+ years of experience in a sales position within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in growth stage B2B SaaS companies.
- Experience and strong track record of selling and building partnerships with education institutions, in particular international and local high schools.
- A strong reputation with an extensive network of contacts across the K12 market. (SEA priority)
- Strong stakeholder and management skills and are comfortable managing expectations and keeping teams on track.
- Experience driving the expansion of a software product across technology partner ecosystems and channels. Ability to contribute to defining a strategic vision and to articulate it in front of a variety of audiences.
- Creative, methodical problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience working with remote teams. We live, breathe, and type from all around the world.
- Diligence in CRM maintenance. (Salesforce preferred)
