
Senior Admissions Executive

Admissions:
- Plan, coordinate, and communicate admissions-related schedule and activities with the relevant departments for the SIM GE or university partner programmes assigned.Leadership:
- Provide supervisory leadership to team members by providing training and coaching to build their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.- Guide and supervise team members in the operational aspect of assigned work to achieve articulated services.
Performance Management:
- Supervise and/or execute the services to achieve departmental outcomes.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
- Provide inputs for the annual budget of Admissions department.- Plan and ensure appropriate and sufficient resources at the team level.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Plan, review, and supervise improvements on systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Admissions department.
Quality Control:- Support and coordinate audits on Admissions department.
**Requirements**:
Academic Education and Work Experience:
Preferably degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, experience at a supervisory level is desirable
**Skills**:
1. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
2. Good planning and organisational skills
3. Ability to coordinate and work well with others
