
Senior Executive, Student Admissions

**Student Admissions**:
- Enhance departmental efficiency through optimal delegation of programme portfolio, responsibilities, and goals.
- Supervise and guide team members to achieve the established departmental objectives and individual goals.
- Coordinate data validation of applicants' academic records with external bodies and generate ad-hoc statistical reports requested by internal or external stakeholders.
- Participate in the revision of policies and procedures pertaining to student admissions and credit transfer/recognition, ensuring they remain current and effective.
- Participate in admissions-related system enhancement projects.
- Coordinate departmental events/processes, and support university-wide activities as necessary (e.g., graduations, invigilation, and open houses).
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree Holder with at least 5 years of working experience, preferably administrative.
- Has some supervisory working experience.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese will be an advantage. The incumbent will be required to communicate and liaise with Chinese-speaking international applicants/students and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work independently and takes initiative.
- A good team player with good interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Customer service oriented, warm, friendly disposition
- Resourceful, creative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity.
