Product Support Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Team Management**:
- Lead and manage a team of 70 Product Support Assistants in both day and night shifts across the 4 terminals.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coaching to team members.
- Foster a positive and productive team culture.
- Any other tasks / assignments as assigned by the Superior or Management
**2. Product Support Operations**:
- Oversee the midnight PSA team receiving of deliveries from warehouses and ensure accurate entry into the GLOB+ system.
- Manage stock transfers and customs documentations accurately
- Ensure Day PSA floating of stocks onto shelves in stores efficiency
- Oversee the schedule for gate hold room deliveries for customers on Australia and USA flights.
**3. Resource & Manpower Allocation**:
- Develop and implement manpower plans to ensure adequate staffing levels across the 4 terminals.
- Involved in the recruitment of PSA team members with HR department
- Manage roster planning, leave planning, and resource allocation.
**4. Spot Checks and Quality Control**:
- Conduct regular spot checks on midnight PSA teams who receive stocks from warehouses.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
**5. Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced environment in similar capacity or responsibilities preferably from FMCG or Retail multi-stores background.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts and weekends.
