**The role**

In this role, you are responsible for guiding customers, partners and developers in their BC journey to make sure they have a best-in-class developer experience with SettleMint.

With a focus on APAC region (but not limited to it), you will work in 2 main streams:

- Existing customers:
You work directly with customers, mainly IT departments of our integration partners, to make sure they get the most value out of our product and receive all the service they need to achieve their goals.

You focus on delivering exceptional experiences to our customers by setting them up for success and drive adoption and engagement across the entire post-sale journey. You make sure they experience the value of our company and product from the moment you onboard them through their full life cycle.
- Developer community:
You actively engage with the community to drive awareness and adoption of our product, empowering developers to be successful and get the most value out of our product. You listen to them and understand their needs and pain points. You educate and guide them through direct interactions or by evangelizing best practices.

You will manage our content creation to support customer education by creating documentation, videos and presenting feature launches and tutorials around a variety of enterprise use-cases that highlight developer productivity.

You will also act as the voice of the developers, bringing their feedback and experiences into the company. You will work with the different teams to advocate internally for the developer community needs and ensure developers are represented inside the company.

**Responsibilities**
- Onboard new customers, educate and train them on how to use our product
- Provide product guidance, implementation assistance, and troubleshooting
- Guide customers through all the tools and content available to support them in their journey
- Increase customer lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer happiness
- Continuously monitor the health and happiness of our customers
- Support the Sr. DevRel in:

- building and growing the SettleMint developer community
- Driving community initiatives to maximize engagement
- Evangelizing our product best practices and new features within the community
- Guiding and educating developers to maximize their developer experience
- Meeting and interacting with developers wherever they are: conferences, events, hackathons, Discord, social media, or any other communication channels
- Own technical content creation to serve a technical audience. Create great developer-focused content in a variety of formats: blogs, videos, tutorials, playbooks, demos, product documentation
- Contribute to product documentation updates and creation based on customer needs and interactions. This might include technical research, in close collaboration with our Engineering team
- Bring back developer feedback and experiences into the company

**What we are looking for**
- 5 years experience in working across the post-sales experience from onboarding, training, implementation, project management, and support
- A service mindset with a passion for working with technical customers
- Ability to speak to technical customers in their language
- Knowledge and big love for blockchain. Active working experience in a blockchain or SaaS company in an enterprise context is a plus.
- Great communication skills and fluent in English
