We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a **Warehouse Executive**. This important role will be responsible for the management and supervision of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage and dispatch of products and goods for The Paper Bunny. This role requires strong organisational and problem solving skills and experience to optimise warehouse space, manage inventory and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Management**:

- Manage and organise the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
- Optimise warehouse layout and space utilisation
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures
- Assist with and be responsible for the in-bounding and receiving of stock and deliveries

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain inventory records to ensure that inventory is accurate
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inspections to ensure accuracy
- Proactively investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Manage inventory levels to minimise stockouts and overstock of items
- Manage stock movements including returns
- Organise and conduct regular product quality checks

**Logistics Coordination**
- Coordinate with delivery partners for inbound and outbound shipments
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any shipping or delivery issues

**Others**:

- Train, manage and supervise warehouse workers to perform their work as needed
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Monitor and control warehouse expenses to ensure efficiency and reduce operational costs

**Requirements & Skills**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 1+ year in warehouse management, with a proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency
- **Leadership**:Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- **Organisation**:Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- **Problem Solving**:Demonstrable ability to solve problems and issues
- **Working Style**:Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and in a fast-paced and demanding environment
