We specialise in providing top-quality wines to private clients, on-trade, and off-trade accounts. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated **Warehouse Executive**to join our team.

As a **Warehouse Executive**, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of wines. An understanding of wine or prior experience in the wine industry is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular stock checks, and manage lot numbers for traceability.
- **Order Fulfilment**:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Receiving & Storage**:Inspect and receive incoming wine shipments, verifying conditions and storage requirements.
- **Warehouse Organisation**:Maintain a clean and well-organised warehouse, optimising space and storage solutions.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure wines are stored under the correct conditions (e.g., temperature control at 13°C) to maintain quality.
- **Logistics Coordination**:Liaise with delivery partners and arrange shipments efficiently.
- **Safety Compliance**:Adhere to company safety policies, including proper handling of wine cases and use of personal protective equipment.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:Maintain warehouse records and provide updates on stock levels and movements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in the wine industry or wine knowledge is required.**:

- Prior experience in a warehouse/logistics role is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Physically fit to handle wine cases and perform warehouse duties.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
