Key Responsibilities:

- Involve in real estate acquisition opportunities and investment endeavors in the asset class; identification and assessment of potential sites
- Conduct thorough research and analysis encompassing market dynamics, competitor landscapes, and financial metrics.
- Lead or support the entire investment lifecycle, from deal origination and evaluation to structuring, financial modeling, and reporting to board and investment committees.
- Collaborate with international offices to identify data gaps, analyze portfolio trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage portfolio analytics dashboards and databases.
- Drive process enhancements through automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 - 6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Asset and Investment management.
- Adept in data visualization tools such as SQL, PowerBI, and VBA, or with a readiness and capability to swiftly acquire proficiency in these areas.
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and the ability to manage extensive datasets within a dynamic environment.
