Citi Global Wealth Management (GWM) is a Division of Citi focused on serving the needs of clients across the entire wealth spectrum. It has been created by combining the Wealth Management businesses across Citi Global Consumer Bank and Citi Private Bank. **Responsibilities**:
- Strengthen and create a globally consistent In-Business Risk and Controls Program for Margin Lending at a Global Level
- Lead the Integration with Consumer and Transformation efforts for Margin Lending from a Risk and Controls Perspective
- Work with the Global MCA lead to make the necessary changes to the Global framework to reflect the new business organization
- Supervise the Issue Management and Resolution Process for Margin Lending at Global Level
- Provide Strategic Risk advise to business management when decisions are made
- Support Global and Regional Margin Lending teams with Internal and external reviews
- Responsible for compliance with the Escalations Policy and all related tracking and management processes for Margin Lending
- Oversight of the tracking and controls for Training, Mandatory Absence and other employees related policy requirements
**Qualifications**:
- 15+ years experience in financial services; experience leading analytical teams is required, including managerial experience
- Strong Knowledge of Margin Lending
- Proven track record project managing Regulatory and Internal Audit issues to remediation
- Familiarity with Citi’s Control systems, in particular, MCA and iCAPS.
- Regulatory knowledge (Sanctions, Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, FDPA, etc), a plus
- Experience managing teams with broad accountability in a complex environment. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional organization Ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical actions Proven track record and accountability in making quick decision that have an immediate impact on business financials.
- Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication/negotiation may be necessary.

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience
