Support risk and control programs for the APAC Investment organization including execution and reporting results to provide global risk management consistency and excellence
- Works closely with business and product partners on regulatory change management, management of issues, identifies gaps and makes recommendations on improving practices
- Management of Internal Audit and Regulatory Reviews including Compliance reviews, in partnership with APAC Investment COO, business and product teams
- Issue and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) coordination, in partnership with APAC Investment COO, business and product teams
- Assist in the effective governance and management of risks in the first line of defense, and driving the implementation of risk issues / actions on a timely basis for APAC Investment business
- Drive procedural implementation and change management process with APAC Investment COO, business and product teams; including adhoc risk mitigation and process improvement/remediation related projects
- Performs quarterly MCA monitoring reviews, including recommendations on issue findings and enhancements to controls to ensure effective operational risk framework
- Send training due reminders to ensure compliance
- Support and work with Global team to execute integration plans for the relevant work stream program, deliverables, and other milestones
