What You Get To Do
- Win new logos in APAC region by highlighting our strengths and credentials.
- Focus on enterprise accounts or accounts accounts with USD 100M+ revenue.
- Be a hunter with an intent to build and manage a predictable sales pipeline without relying on the lead generation.
- Work with pre-sales team to create a winning proposal for the client by addressing their concerns and highlighting our strengths.
- Own the entire sales process - from creating pipeline to closure which includes negotiating terms and coordinating with legal and procurement.
- Make our presence felt in the key accounts and get invited into the tendering and RFP stages.
- Understand the target customers business and identify how their unique business and / or technology needs can be fulfilled with platform and services we offer.
- Build, manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments in the target accounts.
- Maintain a solid understanding of the ever-evolving eCommerce, mCommerce, PWA and retail landscape in general.
- Maintain strong relationships with the channel partner team from various platforms by engaging with them frequently, and most importantly, by generating potential leads of platform sales for them.
- Do a competitive analysis on the pricing, get insights on their existing accounts, see how they are winning and ensure that we act on these insights to improve our winnability.
- Represent Ranosys at various industry events and develop new business through networking and developing relationships with prospects in those events.
- Work with the delivery teams to ensure that client is satisfied with the delivery and they have a good understanding of what the client might be looking for.
What You Bring To The Role
- Experience of selling eCommerce services, specifically Magento, Salesforce, SAP Hybris, ShopifyPlus etc.
- Strong sales experience (8+ years) as a hunter in B2B and eCommerce environment with a proven track record of success and exceeding quotas.
- Passion for driving results from outbound sales strategies from networking to cold calling, thought leadership, and events.
- Strong understanding of APAC market, retail brands, their challenges, and how they are adapting to digital channels..
- Expertise in selling eCommerce platforms, services or related products in multiple industries and domains, specifically in B2C, B2B, and D2C environment.
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills with a visible and impressive profile on digital channels such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Expert negotiation skills, having managed complex deals where you have driven maximum value for both your customers and the organisation..
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with a hands-on experience with CRM software (preferably SalesForce).
- A good eye for the marketing and understanding of what is a sellable proposition and an ability to influence messaging, design, corporate decks and other collaterals.
- High level of energy, passion, and self motivation. Should be able to work on your own or as part of distributed teams.
- Strong leadership skills, should be able to drive people internally during pre-sales and account management phase.
- Solid network of potential prospects and partners in the region.
- Fluent english speaker. Any additional local languages would be a big plus.
