**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook teppanyaki dishes (e.g., steak, seafood, vegetables, fried rice) in front of guests.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature, taste, and presentation.
- Engage and entertain guests with Teppanyaki-style performance (knife skills, fire tricks, humor).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage mise en place and prepare ingredients prior to service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers for smooth service.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment.Handle guest requests and dietary needs professionally.

**Job Requirements: ‍**:
**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience as a Teppanyaki Chef or in a Japanese kitchen setting.Proven teppanyaki grill experience, ideally in a high-volume or fine-dining restaurant.
