As a Senior Officer, your role is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

1. Lead the A/C Receivable team in the day-to-day operations
- Monitor processing of invoices to customers
- Ensure timely collections
- Supervise billing of a subsidiary
- Supervise system testing and enhancements
- Prepare outstanding fees reports to stakeholders for monitoring and follow-up
- Process improvement including digitalisation
- Prepare year-end audit schedules

2. Administer receipt of donation receipts to an IPC

3. Revenue & collection policies review

[What we are looking for]
- Preferably 4 to 5 years’ of relevant working experience in finance or accounting sector with accounting system implementation experience
- Relevant qualifications in Accountancy or Business Administration
- Good team lead who is self-motivated
- Resourceful, able to work independently and under stress
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
