**Responsibilities**:

- Perform reference checks as required.
- Manage onboarding and assign jobs to hires.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.

**Requirements**:

- Recruiting experience for events and roadshows preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, both orally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
- Fair understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
- Must be able to attend to HR matters during events and roadshow schedule.
- Strive under pressure and fast paced environment.
