The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

**About the Team**:

- We are seeking a driven and strategic individual to join the Shopee Mall Business Development team. As a Programme & Initiatives Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth trajectory of Shopee Mall by driving end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of brand programmes and platform initiatives. This role blends programme management, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate seller performance, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable business impact
- Lead strategic programmes to support top platform priorities — from conceptualisation and business case development to execution and performance tracking.
- Identify growth opportunities for Shopee Mall brands and propose actionable, data-backed strategies to drive sales and improve performance metrics.
- Monitor campaign performance and sales trends, deriving key insights for future business planning and initiative design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, key account managers) to align on objectives, ensure seamless campaign delivery, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to enhance Shopee Mall’s positioning and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track progress against KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare regular business reviews and communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Continuously improve internal processes and tools, driving efficiency and scalability in programme execution and performance analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working cross-functionally is a plus.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or programme management is a bonus.
