**Your Role**
We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to join our Group communications team. You will be based in our Singapore office and be responsible for specifically overseeing internal communications for Zühlke in Asia and supporting communications efforts within the Group.
- Your role will focus on supporting the development of the internal communications strategy, aligning it with the Zühlke Group strategy, business goals, and the Group M&C strategy.
- Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing engaging internal communications plans and activities. This will involve creating message houses and utilizing various communication instruments, all in line with the Group's objectives and the overall internal communications strategy.
- You will also advise the leadership team on internal communications matters and support them in delivering messages effectively. Additionally, you will coordinate with business units to ensure our communications are aligned with the communications strategy and global branding guidelines.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Communications and Employer Branding colleagues will be a proactive aspect of your role, ensuring group-wide exchange and knowledge transfer.
- You drive a diversified and engaging overall content plan across all internal channels.
- Continuously analyzing and optimizing employee engagement will be a key focus.
- Managing and driving internal communication channels such as the intranet, info screens, new tools, and local internal events will be crucial in promoting networking and communication across different levels, fostering the Zühlke culture, and creating employee engagement.
- You will also be responsible for writing creative, news-worthy, and compelling copy for the Group as well as the region.
**Your Talent**
- You should possess a minimum of six years of experience in communication roles, a plus if specifically in internal communications.
- You should demonstrate a strong business orientation, contributing to the company's success and growth objectives.
- You should possess both conceptual skills and a balanced approach to strategy and implementation.
- You should be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, delivering results within tight deadlines, and managing dynamic internal customers.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, including active listening and the ability to communicate authentically and appropriately.
- You should display enthusiasm, openness, and empathy towards people and various topics.
- Being independent and having a can-do attitude, along with a solution-oriented work style, are crucial. You should also demonstrate the ability to work successfully and drive projects forward.
- Taking initiative, bringing in fresh ideas, being hands-on, and having a strong desire to contribute and go the extra mile are valued traits.
- You should possess exceptional fluencyin English, showcasing outstanding proficiency in speaking, writing and communication skills.
- You should have the ability to engage readers by creating target-oriented content suitable for chosen communication channels.
- A bachelor's degree in communications/media studies, economics, psychology, or social sciences, or equivalent experience in the field, is required.
