- Manage daily preparations of food items for a station in kitchen and cooking and planting all food order in an efficient, healthful and attractive manner as to meet the daily business standard.
- Collaborate well with the chef and cooks to prepare meals during busy dining hours to achieve maximum outcome to meet the daily budget.
- Follow all safety procedures and sanitary regulations to meet the requirement of local health department and laws.
- Ensure food preparation area and kitchen are cleared and sanitized at the end of the shift to maintain a clean working environment.
