**Manager, Systems Program Management Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of high performing systems program managers responsible for managing large scale, complex, highly cross-functional programs within Business Integrity and Global Operations
- Influence and direct Product and Engineering teams priorities and roadmaps
- Establish engagement and support framework to effectively enable team to execute
- Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress and sharing results
- Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to a team of program managers and analysts
- Be prepared to directly manage large projects and coordinate across all stakeholders as needed to ensure the right execution, communication and resources are in place to deliver on key milestones

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience working in large-scale operations, domains such as online operations, informational systems, management consulting, process improvements
- 3+ years of people management across varying levels of seniority
- Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional and global teams - ideally in technology transformation/implementation
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA or Masters degree
- Experience working in large-scale operations, informational systems, management consulting, process improvements
- Experience driving solutions for global operations teams
