**IPB - Digital Engagement Manager Lead**

As part of a dynamic business serving the Affluent Offshore customers based in Asia Pacific and beyond, we are looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to join our world-class team.

As a Digital Engagement Manager lead for digital bank, you will be managing a team along with a portfolio of clients with objectives to build and grow the client relationship for Digital Investment Advisory primarily through online technologies using digitally collaborative tools like virtual remote engagement, video calls, co-browsing and STP paperless solutions.

You would be a mature and positive individual who seeks to understand, adopt and an advocate for the customer journey into Digital. Adopting a “Digital First” mindset and you will also support in identifying opportunities to redefine the client engagement through a digital focused strategy. You will progress client relationships from traditional means of banking to digital modes of engagement and transacting. Together in partnership with our other team members, you will also focus on utilizing technology to obtain a thorough understanding clients’ wealth management needs and providing advisory services for banking and investment products. Maintaining a high standard of service quality and adherence to AML and compliance standards such as KYC and client reviews is mandatory.

In addition to having access to Citi’s renowned research, investment products and global network of investment and foreign exchange specialists, you will also be assisted by our Digital Client Care team and other Investment product specialists to engage your clients based on their needs.

You would also be a problem-solver with the analytical ability to suggest solutions for use cases for Digital tools. You would also be able to learn to use Tableau dashboards and utilize the DMI dashboard to continually refine your client engagement and build long-term relationships with our digital clients. As this role is an integral part of the frontline delivery, your performance would be based on your ability to grow your customers’ assets, account profitability and client digital behavioral/ engagement metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Mature, Highly-disciplined, Willing to learn, trustworthy, self-starter and able to work with mínimal oversight and direction
- High comfort level in using Digital solutions and technology for client engagement
- Ability to thrive and adapt in entrepreneurial, disruptive and fast-paced environment
- Be a responsible team leader with great communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
- At least 7 years of direct client relationship management experience in wealth management / investment advisory sales
- Recognized university degree and relevant CMFAS/ CACS certification
- Proven track record in client acquisition, client relationship handling and retention success
- Extensive Investment product and market knowledge
- Should be able to improve the client experience by obtaining client feedback, identify areas of improvement in operational, administrative, processes and competitiveness of products and services.
