Singapore Smart Nation and Digital Government Office Full time

**What the role is**
- We are looking for individuals interested in driving change management to facilitate the adoption of Smart Nation and digital government initiatives across our various key stakeholders which include citizens and businesses, and the public service. Officers would be exposed to a unique end-to-end approach of policy development to implementation.

**What you will be working on**
- Specific job responsibilities include:
1. Developing strategies and implementing plans to increase adoption of specific technology platforms and tools across the Singapore population and civil service.
2. Develop and drive the Citizen Co-creation Group efforts (i.e. organizing a group of prominent community leaders with specific interests to help ensure Digital Government Services factor in the needs of the digitally-excluded/ hard-to-reach groups). The Co-creation Group serve as a conduit and platform for other government agencies to engage the community on the development and improvement of their tech initiatives.
3. Raise, Train and Sustain our pool of passionate Smart Nation Ambassadors (SNAs). To run the institutionalized processes that have been put in place to date, and to grow and deepen the engagement and co-creation efforts with these Smart Nation Ambassadors.
4. Analysing survey and feedback data from engagement sessions to come up with recommendations on how to improve the user-experience or new tech growth areas Smart Nation should move into.
5. Working with relevant technologists and government agencies to develop content to support the above objectives.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 4-6 years’ working experience, including experience working in the public sector
- Empathy for the needs and challenges that the public face in terms of tech adoption and find ways to mitigate these needs.
- A background in conducting large scale public and civil service engagements through surveys, focus-group discussions, town halls etc.
- Capability in using data analytics to glean insights from surveys and focus group discussions. Skills in and knowledge of the following not necessary but would be an added advantage: design thinking, UX/UI research, consumer/market research, user experience research/design.
- Ability to create visuals for various media platforms a plus, including knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Keynote
