**Job Description & Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day sales operation
- Professionally handle all in-coming sales enquiries and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues.
- Work closely with the team to drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly target
- Update delivery schedule to customer regularly.
- To prepare documents and submission of tender projects via Gebiz, Sesami and Ariba etc
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients, lead generation and follow-up quotation
- Posting of products on company social media platforms.
- Any other administrative duties

**Requirements**:
Min 1-2 year in sales administration and coordination role

Strong communication skill, interpersonal & customer service oriented

Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality.

Japanese language knowledge will be an advantage

Pay: From $2,700.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:
