**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Sales Admin** to join our dynamic team at Eastern Oriental Singapore Pte Ltd. As a Sales Admin, you will be an integral part of our sales operations, supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal departments. Your role will be crucial in facilitating sales processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, quotations, and presentations.
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding shipping services, rates, and schedules for LCL, FCL, and airfreight shipments.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and client information.
- Assist in preparing reports and sales forecasts for management.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, working closely with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Assist in managing and updating customer databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients, prepare meeting agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Admin or similar role, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with LCL, FCL, and airfreight processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, etc.) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

Work Location: In person
