**Position: Client Service Associate
The Client Service Associate works closely with management, internal functional teams as well as external vendors to ensure client operational queries and implementations are resolved effectively and efficiently.
The primary responsibility is to ensure that the client experience is elevated.
**Responsibilities
- Acting as point of contact for clients, answering clients’ enquiries and assist in client onboarding, execution and servicing. Communicate appropriately to relevant stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed well at all times.
- Support management to provide excellent service to high net-worth clients so as to achieve client retention, and be able to handle daily business-as-usual tasks
- Understanding of client on boarding administration process and ability to manage client meetings online and offline
- Understand client requirements and assist in daily maintenance of account relationships
- Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion
- Develop good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality/secrecy/data protection regulations where relevant
**Requirement**:
- 3-5 years of relevant client service executive and sales support experience
- Working experience from Private Banking or Wealth Management business is a bonus point
- Strong team player, also able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- Self-motivated and goal orientated and a ‘can do’ personality, who is able to work in a high paced environment
- Fluent (written and oral) in English and Mandarin as the job requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client
- Meticulous, methodical and concise, with a strong attention to detail coupled with a good sense of integrity.
