Roles & Responsibilities
- To provide basic support on desktop, computers, laptop on windows.
- Provide problem escalation to other groups/leaders/principal vendors where required
- Provide desktop, software troubleshooting
- Support /upgrade Windows 7/10

**Requirements**:

- Basic Knowledge in IT Support.
- Must Able to communicate effectively in English
- Fit and Healthy as the job requires a fair bit of walking and climbing of stairs
- Basic IT knowledge
- Good attitude and able to follow simple instructions
- Basic IT support
- Setup Classroom / Lab

Mini Nitec in any IT related Studies is Preferred.

Work Timing: 7:00am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Or Depending on the School Timings.

**Salary**: $1800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
