Architectural Manager:

- Be responsible for managing a team of Architectural Coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
- Plan, organize, and supervise the production of construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals
- Facilitate construction and progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors, and operation teams
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of architectural works on site to monitor work status and ensure compliance with approved design and specifications
- Overall planning of architectural works, and monitoring of the progress of work, variation order and certification of work done
- Prepare architectural works schedule based on the project master schedule.
- Review reports and other documentation prepared by the Architectural Coordinators including for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
- Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of work and resolve design and construction issues
- Provide advice on all architectural related matters
- Coordinate with M&E and Structural team to ensure final design is aligned with Architect’s design intent
- Attend technical and site meeting with the consultants
- Study architectural drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues
- Plan and supervise the schedule of design processes and submission to authorities
- Communicate with Project Director and Project Manager on any technical/site problem related to Architectural Works
- Supervise the progress of Architectural Works on site, and plan within a plan. Review and monitor to meet the project deadline.
- Coordination of Subcontractors’ architectural work and ensure work is on schedule
- Coordinate & ensuring safety measures carried out at the site
