Architecture Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead architectural design coordination for JS4 and JS5 MRT stations from design to construction stage.
- Review and manage submissions of architectural shop drawings, materials, and method statements.
- Supervise APS contractor to ensure architectural works are completed according to the project schedule.
- Ensure designs comply with LTA and BCA requirements.
- Liaise with Resident Architect (RA) and Resident Technical Officer (RTO) for site material approval and execution.
- Attend joint inspections with LTA (Architecture), consultants, RA/RTO to ensure quality and resolve detailing issues.
- Lead client mock-up inspections to ensure design and workmanship meet expectations.
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure authority compliance.
- Guide architectural coordinators in preparing RFIs, FCNs, DCRs and ensure timely submission.
- Participate in Architectural and BIM coordination meetings.
- Support the Project Manager and Design Manager in project delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants and SWC to achieve BCA Green Mark GoldPLUS certification.
- Lead the architectural scope until completion, including TFP, TOP, and CWW.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of architectural supervision experience in MRT or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Familiarity with LTA/BCA standards and local authority requirements.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently on-site full-time.
