**Job Description**:
**JOB SCOPE**
- Overall management and operation of the architectural team for project.
- Attend progress meeting and technical meeting.
- Attend BIM meeting and manage BIM coordination related to architectural.
- Preparation of drawing schedule and schedule management.
- Coordination with other parties such as C&S, and M&E.
- Drawing quality management
- Drawing, RFI submission management
- Subcontractor's drawing schedule and drawing management
- Manage site works related to architectural.
- Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues for architectural work.
- Assist Project Manager in compilation of handling over documents including as-built drawings.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.

**skills & experience required**
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent; Diploma holders with years of experience in Architecture can also be considered.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Good technical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
