**Job Description Summary**: GE Healthcare has manufactured an new line-up of OEC Surgical Imaging Portfolio powered cutting-edge technologies of software & hardware to help surgeons deliver excellent patient care.
Surgery Business has been a double digit fast-growing modality within GE Healthcare with leadership position across ASEAN, Korea & ANZ markets and our customer needs are increasing for Surgical Imaging. GE Healthcare hires Surgery Product Leader who will build and execute the product strategy of their respective segment, including product positioning, market segmentation, pricing and value proposition. You will drive commercial excellence through sales enablement, KOL customer management and owns the lifecycle of their respective segment and be responsible for growing market share in Surgery & Beyond segment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develops & delivers Regional & zonal strategies for Surgery segment taking into account local competitive approaches, reimbursement structures & local market dynamics.
- Develops and manages regional collaboration and reference sites for the specific Surgery segment. Owns the relationship with KOL of their segment in the Region
- Drive share growth and go-to-market strategy of the respective surgery portfolio, including, product positioning, catalog activation, pricing, training, pilot site support, adopting to market needs
- Owns product marketing for the segment
- Works closely with global surgery team to mobilize required support from upstream to address regional SBU requirements
- Provides comprehensive and continuous sales training and collects detailed competitive intelligence information for effective objection handling and countering competition.
- Delivers high quality customer presentations that support the Surgery value propositions
- Surgery product and technical support to the region, working closely with PSS team, Regional Sales Directors - Imaging, local Sales teams and channel partners for delivering the commitments.
- Commercial strategy, product-positioning, pricing and configuration, answering and adapting to market needs and company strategy
- Advise and influence Surgery products tender technical specs by consulting hospital Surgeons of various departments, Cathlab Radiographers, BME etc.
- Provide Surgery PSS and Sales teams / Channel partner teams with competitive intel/analysis (strength/weaknesses) and create defend/push collaters
- Break into academic & strategic accounts by demonstrating technology leadership in the segment
- Break into academic & strategic accounts by leveraging Show sites and clinical road shows, workshops, education programs etc
- Works closely with the Clinical Marketing and Education team to generate relevant clinical / operations / financial evidence and education strategy & program for the segment
- Own and drive required product regulatory approvals working closely with RA across all zones for the respective segment
**Required Qualifications**
- Master’s/Bachelor degree or higher with minimum of 5 years on Surgery product sales/ Clinical / management or product marketing or related experience in the healthcare sector
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work in a matrix environment
- Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent oral and written English language skills
- Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team
- Give presentations and deliver materials with skill, confidence, and credibility.
- ability to travel regionally on a regular basis
