Human by nature.**Production Intern at Woodlands - Your Future Position?**- Reporting to: Assistant Production Manager- Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8**Responsibilities**:

- Support investigation and troubleshooting for product non-conformances
- Support periodic SOP review standards (including SOP, workcycles)
- Collaborate with process technology team to improve and improve production processes
- Collect and consolidate data for material loss/gain to improve yield management and minimise waste
- Support site master plan projects (material storage tank improvement, workstation design)
- Support Continuous Improvement projects

**Academic Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree students pursuing Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

**At the end of the industrial attachment, interns will be able to**:

- Familiarize with Food Safety (HACCP) principles and guidelines
- Learn how to handle and process chemicals safely
- Understand basic production processing and capacity planning
- Understand key quality parameters influencing product quality
- Acquire knowledge on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Acquire knowledge on Lean and Quality Programs (5S, White Belt, Engrained Quality (Right First Time)
