**Sweet Goods Application Intern**
- Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8
- Reporting to: Senior Food Technologist, Bakery & Confectionery Goods

**Core Responsibilities**
- Application Support
- Organising sensory evaluations
- Documentation of experiments, such as taking picture of finished product and updating of data into tracker
- Lab Maintenance
- Maintain inventory list of raw materials, colours and flavours
- Ensure that items are replenished and within shelflife

**At the end of the industrial attachment, interns will be able to**:

- Document experiments and research with reports
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments

**Main Requirements**
- Chemistry or relevant background
- No dietary restriction towards gelatin products (i.e. beef gelatin)
- LI-Y
