**Beverage Application Intern - Your future position?**
- Location: 1 Woodlands Avenue 8
- Reporting to: Senior Application Technologist

**Core Responsibilities**
- Beverage Application
- Support in developing product formats/concepts for beverages, exploring different flavors and ingredients.
- Support in conducting evaluations of demos/market samples and record the data in relevant database
- To support in shelf life monitoring tests of beverage samples
- Upkeep of flavour library
- Stability Testing
- Prepare stability test prototypes and collect data
- Take and edit photos of the prototypes in the photobox, and draft interim reports
- Collection Review
- Lab Maintenance
- Maintain the inventory list of raw materials, flavors and finished products.
- Ensure that items are replenished and within shelf life.

**Main Requirements**
- Bachelors in Chemistry or Food Science
- LI-Y
