**Responsibilities
**Key Accountabilities:
- Managing and working with third party providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of multiple country payrolls
- Monitoring and managing issues, escalating as necessary ensuring timely and accurate communications are being delivered to stakeholders
- Where necessary reviewing and processing of annual tax
- Auditing of multi country bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls

**Key Deliverables:
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of global payrolls by working with third party vendors (in line with agreed service level agreements and internal performance measures)
- Ability to transform payroll files from third-party vendors into the global template in Excel.
- Work closely with peers and HR global Service Delivery and Global Payroll Team Lead to escalate and raise risks and themes that may need to be discussed or remedied at a Leadership level
- Work with third party providers to ensure that all HR and employee questions are dealt with in line with the agreed SLA’s and drive a highly positive experience for all HR customers
- Ensure data is recorded accurately and pay queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Work with internal and external J-Sox compliance team. Understand and follow strictly all J-Sox policy to ensure 100% compliance during audits.
- Plan and manage global payroll auditing and calendar management.

**Ways of Working:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third parties, line managers, HR teams and employees whilst providing them with the highest level of service.
- Collaborate and build robust relationships with other business areas/external providers to ensure that the HR global Service Delivery and payroll team is proactively included in planning activities that affect service or resource requirements.
- Takes ownership of assigned payroll, works autonomously and within the team to execute tasks and activities
- Work in partnership with the Continuous Improvement team in order to drive and deliver best practice at all levels.
- Ability to run reports out of HR systems
- Ability to utilize excel and access to automate the checking of payroll and reporting

**Mandatory Compliance requirements: CATEGORY 1: Core
- Clarify and seek guidance as required, and raise any concerns, in a timely manner, with relevant manager; which may include reference to the Ethics and Compliance Team and/or Ethics and Compliance Helpdesk.
- Undertake and comply with relevant mandatory Ethics and Compliance training and updates to maintain personal appreciation of requirements; all training to be undertaken in a timely manner.
- Comply with the Company Way and Competences, in terms of expected values and behaviours, in addition to Company HR policies, procedures and guidelines

**Requirements
- 5-8 years of Global Payroll & Reward Service Delivery experiences.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience of multi-country payroll in a complex organisation of similar scale.
- Strong analytical and problem
- solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and act accordingly.
- Experience of working with an outsourced and in-house HR Service Delivery model is preferable.
- Expertise in MS Office (especially Excel, Access).
- Proven ability to influence diverse senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative style with the ability to persuade, influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Fluent in written and verbal business English
- Global exposure.
