**Job Scope**
- **Assist to ensure services / operations are running smoothly and in compliance to all relevant authorities requirements (SCDF, BCA, NEA, MOM, FSB, URA, EMA, PUB, JTC and etc)**:

- Assist to support preventive maintenance programs for building equipment to ensure that building equipment are inspected / tested to meet authorities requirement
- **Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure all building services works are done in compliance to contract or work orders**:

- Day to day operation and routine inspection of building facilities. Take regular meter readings and ensure system is operating in optimal condition
- **Perform general maintenance including building works repairs, electrical, air-conditioning and plumbing and sanitary systems**:

- To supervise / manage outsources security and ensure security procedures are in place and being carried out at all times
- **Perform the role of 2nd in charge of site incident controller (SIC), and be part of the company emergency response team (CERT)**:

- Assist the fire safety manager (FSM) in conducting regular fire safety inspection of the premises, and cover the role of FSM during his absence
- Other duties as assigned by immediate superior

**Requirement**:

- NITEC in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Facility Management or relevant discipline
- **3 years’ experience in maintenance related field**
