**Facilities Building Technician**

**Responsibilities**

Assist in building / facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works.

Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the facility.

Keep proper records of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) readings and to monitor the performance of M&E systems and equipment.

Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to site manager.

Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors.

Attend to breakdown of building services as and when required.

Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works.

Perform simple troubleshoot issues on breakdowns.

Create corrigo and close once job completed

Minimum NITEC in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Minimum one year relevant working experience in building maintenance

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel)

Good knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, pro-active and self-driven.

Able to interact with people and a good team player
