**Head Teppanyaki Chef**

**Salary SGD 6,500 per month**

**What you will be doing as a Head Teppanyaki Chef**:

- Reporting to the Executive Chef
- Supporting the smooth running of restaurant service
- Managing and mentoring the junior brigade
- Maintaining a clean work environment with all the Health and Safety regulations
- Undertaking regular inventory checks of food supplies
- Ensuring dishes are of a high standard before they reach the customer.

**You will be a great fit as Head Teppanyaki Chef if you have**:

- Experience as a Senior Chef or Head Teppanyaki Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Are trained in traditional teppanyaki preparation and presentation.
- Ability to produce excellent high-quality Japanese food.
- Good oral communication.
- Team management skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.

**LEGAL REQUIREMENTS**:

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
