**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:
**Overall Project Management**
- For BAU projects: Responsible for the overall delivery of the project (Quality, Scope, Budget). For strategic programs: Responsible for their project/module, or for overall delivery if delegated by Program Mgr.
- Develop and execute the Overall Project Plan
- Module/project delivery in strategic programs
- Reports to Program Manager

**Stakeholder Management**
- Manage project stakeholders, e.g., escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment

**Scope Management**
- Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work
- Review and assess changes and impact to timeline & cost
- Ensure all changes are approved by PSC

**Project Governance**
- For BAU projects: Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by ITC. For strategic programs: Coordinate preparation of project plan for ITC, reporting to Program Manager
- For BAU projects: Organise and facilitate PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings For strategic programs: Secretary for PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings for their module/project

**Risk and Issue Management**
- Anticipate, capture and manage overall project-level risks and issues
- Track risk aging
- Own and drive resolution and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner

**Implementation Management**
- Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology. business, operations, regulators, etc., and co-ordinate execution by respective owners

**Process Adherence**
- Partner with stakeholders in ensuring SDM is followed
- Project Reporting
- Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders

**Job Requirements**:
**Technical Skills & Experience**
- Significant experience in managing large Transformation Programme / Projects in a banking environment
- Complete understanding of project life cycle and Technology development models
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into actions that meet business objectives
- Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market.
- Experience in scoping and evaluation - Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
- Minimum 18 years of relevant banking experience
- SME/Business banking domain experience would be added advantage

**Education**
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent
- PMP certified
