DESIGNATION : Pastry Assistant (Baker)

RESPONSIBILITIES

6days work week; including weekends

shift pattern: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, 11pm to 7am
- Responsible for the daily production of bread, buns, cakes, puffs, pie, pizza and muffins.
- Prepare dough for the bakery production.
- Cook fillings and prepare ganache.
- Ensure that the kitchen and workstations adhere to all company policies, procedures and standards.
